We provide professional transportation services subject to availability, safety, and legal requirements. Vehicles of equal or greater quality may substitute as needed.

3. Bookings & Reservations

Bookings may occur via Website (after launch), email, or phone. A booking is confirmed only after we issue written confirmation. Accurate passenger and trip information is required.

4. Pricing, Fees & Payments

Pricing may include hourly/distance rates, tolls, parking, extra stops, cleaning fees, or waiting time. Payment may be required at booking.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations more than [X] hours in advance may be refundable. Cancellations within [X] hours may incur full charges. No-shows after [X] minutes may be charged in full.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave safely, follow driver instructions, wear seatbelts, and avoid illegal behavior. Service may be terminated without refund for unsafe conduct.

7. Delays & External Factors

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, or force majeure.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for lost items, missed flights, indirect damages, or incidental losses.

9. Lost or Left Items

We attempt to recover lost items but cannot guarantee them.
